"Then he helps people make calls," said Mr. Rogers.
"He does not!" said Amelia Bedelia.
"He operates on telephones."
"I see," said Mr. Rogers.

Amelia Bedelia introduce about her family. She told about their occupations by using unique words. Mr. and Mrs. Rogers could not understand them correctly.
It's funny that she used unique words and her family are a little strange.

Good Driving, Amelia Bedelia

"Turn left," said Mr. Rogers.
"Left?" asked Amelia Bedelia.
"Right," said Mr. Rogers.
"Okay, I will turn right," said Amelia Bedelia.
"Not right," said Mr. rogers.
"Right is not right!"
"Well, right is not left," said Amelia Bedelia.

Amelia Bedelia and Mr. Rogers drive. And then, they lose their way and got flat. When they lost their way, Amelia Bedelia confused the word of right. And she went a wrong way. But they could arrive home. How can they do?
I think this book is very useful to learn same sound words of different meanings. Her mistakes help us to study English words.

NO FIGHTING, NO BITING!

"Willy, you are squeezing me," said Rosa.
"I was here first."
"You are squeezing me, too." said Willy.
"Be still," said Cousin Joan.

Rosa and Willy are pinching and squeezing and fighting. These prevent Cousin Joan from reading a book. And then she was asked them to tell about two little alligators like them. Maybe, they can learn "No fighting, No biting" from two little alligators stories.  Can Cousin Joan read a book without their distractions?

Mouse Soup

"WAIT!" said the mouse.
"This soup must be mixed with stories to make it taste really good."
"But I have no stories,"
said the weasel.
"I do," said the mouse.
"I can tell you now."

A mouse was caught by a weasel to make mouse soup. Then the mouse told the weasel that he need stories to taste good and told four stories to the weasel. The weasel listened to his stories and asked the mouse "How can I do?". The weasel do like four stories. Can the weasel make delicious soup?

Pinocchio

"Wake up, Pinocchio!" says the Blue Fairy.
Pinocchio opens his eyes. He can move. He can walk.
"Jiminy Cricket," the Blue Fairy says,
"please help Pinocchio."
"Okay!" says Jiminy.

I have ever heard Pinocchio. He is a puppet made of wood. And he has a nose which get longer because of a lie. He gets on the coach and go to Pleasure Island. He became to be like to a donkey. however, by the help of Jiminy, he run away and then, they look for Geppetto and help him. But he is dead. Then the Blue Fairy arrives. How does he become?

Volleyball Game

I went to fukuoka because I wanted to watch volleyball games of juniors in high school.
They became strong team more than before. I was happy to see them and talk them. They won two games, so  they can go a prefecture volleyball tournament.
I was stimulated by them. I think I have to study and enjoy, even if I was tired and not good. I'm looking forward to watching next their games!

THE LOST CUP

You are a detective.
you are looking for the Jules Rimet cup, the lost world cup of soccer. Thieves stole it in 1983. No one knows what happened next.

Today, I read THE LOST CUP.
I can choose the way how to do next in this book. You solve the problem with John , a good detective, and Sergio who knows where the cup is. I tried some times to find the lost cup, but I can't. I think it's interesting that there are many ends. One of the end is that Sergio lied to me.
I want to reach the happy end the next time.

BERRY GOODMAN

I enjoyed a live performance of BERRY GOODMAN in Fukuoka.
This group has three members. I went to a live performance of this group for the first time.
When I was a high school student, I knew about this group. I admired their words and their songs made me encouraging.

The day was a happy day, because I can listen to my favorite song. I like them more and more than before. I want to meet them again.

LLC

I went to the LLC. LLC means Language Learning Commons.

In this room, there are many books, DVDs, magazines, and so on.

I have used this room for watching DVD. I am watching ONCE. We can watch foreign movies and dramas. These are very useful for listening to English, also we can spend relax time. In this room, we can learn not only English but also other languages, for example, Chinese, German.

Also there are iPads with applications. These are able to listen the story. Midway, we are posed questions, so we can enjoy more and more.

I want to use this room for studying of TOEFL and listening. And  I want to take part in LLC events! 

Car School

I joined to the car school last Saturday. I was looking for this day. I have no licenses, so I am worry about driving car.
These days, there are many car accidents. I'll try to have knowledge of traffic law in the car school.
If I get a car licence, I want to drive with my family and friend. Of course, safe driving!
