The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde (1986)
I read The Picture of Dorian Gray. This book is a kind of love story including weird story.
I wrote down three quotes from The Picture of Dorian Gray and will discuss them. The first: " ' I wish , ' cried Dorian Gray suddenly, ' I wish that I could always stay young and that the picture could grow old.' " (p.12). This sentence is the key of this story, and the start of this story. The second: "Why should stay young while I grow old? " (p.12). This sentence means that Dorian Gray doesn't get old and he want to stay young like his portrait. From this incident, it happens various things , for example, love story. The third: "They could not open the door, so they claimed down from the roof and got in through the window." (p.57). The last of this story is a little scare. How did Dorian become? I want you to read this book!
